One of the first comic books I read back when I was a kid. This book is Gambit at his best as Gambit along with a handful of X-Men rescue Professor X and the rest of the X-Men from the Skrulls. Not only does Gambit kick Skrull Ass in this issue he also kicks the Star Jammers Ass, the whole team damn near single handedly. If that’s not enough Gambit goes one on one with Gladiator and clearly defeats him. Jim Lee’s run on the X-Men is hands down the best.
